All of our Trainers have significant industry experience, drawing on their practical knowledge and insights allows them to provide an enriched learning experience.
Steve Allcock, Managing Director
Chartered FCIPD, Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Steve is a qualified TAQA/ A1 Assessor with 20 years in the experience working in the Automotive industry, 10 in delivering Continuous Improvement and Six sigma initiatives in sites throughout the UK, Europe, the United States and Mexico. Steve has been involved in developing the global Business Excellence model for 250 sites in 35 different countries for an automotive global manufacturing business and worked extensively with clients in the Automotive, Aerospace, Public Sector, Electronics and Food Industry in delivering strategic CI and Six Sigma initiatives.
Gabby Liden Operations Director
Gabby brings extensive experience in training, recruitment, and funding, ensuring smooth operations and quality delivery of programs. Gabby is dedicated to providing seamless support for both clients and learners.
Richard Thomas Associate Trainer
Building on a career of 22 years in the manufacturing engineering Richard is a qualified trainer (CertEd) and assessor (L3) with experience of delivering Leadership and Management, Business Improvement Techniques, Lean Six Sigma qualifications across England and Wales.
Paul Wyer Associate Trainer
Paul is an experienced A1 Assessor and V1 Verifier with 30 years’ experience in automotive engineering, Production, Six Sigma and Quality Systems. Paul has trained extensively in the subjects of Continuous Improvement and Lean Tools and Techniques in a variety of industries.
Reg Hughes Internal Quality Assessor
Reg has had a successful career with Ystrad Mynach College holding the titles Head of Department for Technology and Director of Capital Projects. Since 2015 Reg has focused his career on Internal Quality Assurance and holds his D34 qualification.
