Creative Difference Training have been delivering accredited Lean Six Sigma and Business Improvement Qualifications for over 10 years, we are dedicated to helping organisations enhance efficiency and reduce waste through comprehensive Lean & Six Sigma training programs. As well as supporting individuals to upskill or reskill to improve their career aspirations and earning potential. We have successfully delivered Lean Six Sigma & Operational Excellence training programs to over 50 organisations in a diverse sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, and services.
Each programme we deliver is personalised to meet the requirements of individual organisations and Learners and takes into account existing skills, experience and qualifications to assist candidates towards achievement of their qualification.

Our Accreditations
Creative Difference Training are accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). Our accreditation recognises a mark of quality and excellence in lean six sigma training and consulting. It demonstrates that we meet the rigorous standards set by a reputable governing body and follow standardised practices, which leads to consistent and high-quality delivery.
Creative Difference Training are also an accredited centre for EAL qualifications, we currently hold direct claims status for the Level 3 Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques. Our company policies, procedures, qualification delivery and assessment methods all meet the standards set out by EAL and have been verified by their External Quality Assessor.

Creative Difference Training form long standing Industry partnerships with our clients, these partnerships provide insights into current industry trends, challenges, and best practices and allow us to ensure our programs are relevant, up-to-date, and effective.
We work with Clients to develop bespoke training programs that address specific needs and challenges faced by our industry partners. This close collaboration allows us to understand their requirements and tailor the content accordingly so that emerging challenges can be integrated into the training program.
Our onsite delivery model blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications at our partner's facilities allows trainers to better understand the context and make the training more relevant to the learner’s job role and career aspirations. We gather regular feedback from these programs to continually refine and improve the training curriculum.
We have developed a regional Continuous Improvement network for our clients where we facilitate visits across different sites to share ideas, project outcomes and best practice.
